Check that the WPA2 protocol is set by your provider

If you have a router supplied by your operator, you can check under the router that it says 'WPA2 protocol'.

If you have a router that is not provided by your provider, or if the router provided by your provider does not have WPA2 written on it, contact the technician who installed your router or an Angel.
